This is a billet machined part that is made to replicate an original Harley Davidson derby cover. A scan of the HD part was used to create an exact 3D model. Custom Engraving Ltd is the manufacturer in Wisconsin, and we make 1,000’s of derby covers every year.
You will not find better quality anywhere. You may see some competitors that have lovely graphics printed on their products. Guess what? Their warranty may only last (1) year because the ink they use will fade in ultraviolet light. Custom Engraving uses PPG auto paint. Car paint doesn’t fade. HD has lab tested our processing for paint adhesion, and for UV light fading. Our processes passed with flying colors.

Before ordering, please check the diameter of the derby cover on your Harley. Sometimes, the primary cover may not be factory stock. This derby cover measures 7 ¾ inches in diameter.
