• Derby covers available in 3 different sizes - 6¼, 7¼ inch and 7 ¾ inch diameter.  Please check your existing derby cover to confirm sizing.  
  
• Two colors available! Choose between two different finishes for your Sturgis 85th Derby Cover: Chrome ⚪ and Black Gloss ⚫
• Black gloss parts
  • The process is to engrave the design onto a Matte/Denim black part. 
  • The engraved part is then sent to an HD certified Powder Coater for clear coat. The part's surface is sealed to be impervious to the elements.
  • PPG automotive paint is then applied.
    
• Chrome parts
  • An aluminum blank is engraved and sent to a HD certified chrome plater for processing.
  • Upon return, PPG paint is applied.
• The color for the "Sturgis" text for both finish options is a bright white to add distinction 
• There is a groove on the back of the part for the HD O-ring gasket.
  
• Made 100%, entirely in Wisconsin, USA
