Ace of Spades Skull- Fuel Door

This is a billet aluminum part made entirely in here in the USA.  It starts out as a 5 1/4 inch diameter piece of aluminum.  It is machined from a 3D scan of an original Harley Davidson Console cover (Fuel Door). It has been engraved by Custom Engraving Ltd, in Wisconsin, USA.

You will not find better quality anywhere. You may see some competitors that have lovely graphics printed on their products. Guess what? Their warranty may only last (1) year because the ink they use will fade in ultraviolet light. Custom Engraving uses PPG auto paint. Car paint doesn’t fade. HD has lab tested our processing for paint adhesion, and for UV light fading. Our processes passed with flying colors.

The graphics are CNC machined and will last a lifetime.
