Custom Designed Covers

Custom parts can be ordered from this portion of the website. It's an ala-carte approach where the type of part (e.g. derby cover) is selected, and options are added. We have refined our process to make it easier to place your custom order. Choose your Base Part below, then select the options you want like Artwork & Design, Extra Colors and / or Gold Plating.

Artwork & Design - Selecting this option in the products below will add $80 to the price of the part. You will be able to upload your image right on the product page.

Extra Colors - One color is included in the price of the parts below.  Each additional color requires extra set-ups and materials, so $15 will be added to the price of the part.

24kt Gold Plating - Have your custom part plated with 24kt gold! Adding gold plating will often make a custom part dazzle like no other by adding a high degree of contrast to a design. It's also used for police and fire fighter badges. Selecting this option will add $50 to the price of the part.

Portraits - Derby covers - Simply choose Portrait in the Product Options, and upload a photograph with the provided upload field. The image is transformed by our artists, a proof is forwarded for approval, and then the derby cover is engraved. Selecting this option in Derby products will add $150 to the price.
