What's New ?

This website is being updated to add new designs and to include a variety of other parts that can now be engraved. This includes Honda VTX's, Suzuki M109's as well as additional parts for Harley's... like Horn Covers.



Horn Covers

Harley's steel horn covers do not repeat well enough dimensionally to be able to maintain a uniform engraving depth. So, we've had to create our own.

A 3D design was created from a scan of a Harley horn cover. That 3D scan was then used to design a 1/8th inch shell. The shell is machined from a large block of billet aluminum. The shell is polished after machining. It is then finally ready for engraving.

Most designs are available for horn covers, as well as custom designs.
